Automatic recognization of live cells used hyperspectral imaging

Abstract

This study explored the use of hyperspectral imaging in cell recognition. It not only gets samples’ spatial information but also holds their spectral information, using sopport vector machine and convolution neural net can successfully classifies alga that are three different groups. Its average accuracy can achieve 95%.
