A Novel Scheme for Frequency-Space Switchable Optical Frequency Comb Generation

Abstract

We propose a novel scheme for optical frequency comb generation mainly based on stimulated Brillouin scattering in high nonlinear fiber within ring cavity without isolator. In this scheme, frequency space can be switched between 0.08 nm and 0.16 nm in the same framework only by tuning polarization controllers.
