First Demonstration of C-band Wavelength Demultiplexer Based on a Bragg Reflector Waveguide Amplifier Using InP Material

Abstract

We demonstrated, for the first time, a C-band wavelength demultiplexer based on a Bragg reflector waveguide using InP material. The device shows a large angular dispersion of ~0.75°/nm. Channel resolution is as small as 64GHz.
