Self-bending Image Transmission with Helical Beams

Abstract

We demonstrate self-bending image transmission with helical beams, where the image is encoded in Fourier space of the beams at the transmitting-end, transmitted along selfbending helical trajectories without/with obstruction and successfully retrieved from the beams at the receiving-end.
