Controlled phase compensation in HR-AR-coated DFB laser with sampled Bragg grating

Abstract

We propose a method to compensate the random grating phase and tune the lasing wavelength in an HR-AR-coated sampled Bragg grating laser. By selecting different sampled period, we can design different lasing wavelength.
