Abstract

The hybrid Radio Frequency (RF)/Free-Space Optical (FSO) wireless communication is studied. A Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) model is built to achieve throughput optimization. A heuristic algorithm is proposed to obtain a sub-optimal solution efficiently.
