Abstract

Super-resolution microscopy has enabled us to visualize biological subcellular world in a greater depth. Several key developments are presented: interference standing-wave enabled MEANS-STED, upconversion enabled ultralow power STED, and super-resolution dipole orientation microscopy (SDOM).
