Simultaneous Plasmon –Optical and –Electrical Effects for a New Class of Plasmonic Solar Cells

Abstract

The remarkable enhancement of plasmon -optical and -electrical effects by metal nanostructures will be described in detail for high performance solar cells. For plasmonic organic solar cells, the power conversion efficiency can reach over 10.5%.
