Temperature-insensitive Refractive Index Sensing Based on W-type Fiber Grating

Abstract

A temperature-insensitive refractive index sensing based on W-type fiber grating has been proposed. We investigated the response of grating and found the intensity of resonant peaks was sensitive to refractive index and insensitive to temperature.
