Mode Distribution Measurement of Optical Vortex Beam using Polarization Sagnac Interferometer with Dove Prism

Abstract

We study about spatial mode division multiplexing (SMDM) with optical vortex (OV) beam for increasing the capacity of optical communication. In this study, we proposed and demonstrated interferometric method to measure mode distribution of OV beam for SMDM.
