Optical Properties of ZnO Nanowires in the Terahertz Frequency Regime

Abstract

We demonstrate the complex conductivity of ZnO nanowires using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The influences of annealing atmosphere to terahertz properties of ZnO nanowires are investigated by fitting the experimental data with the Drude-Smith model.
