Luminescence property of Ce3+-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG:Ce) synthesized by co-precipitation

Abstract

The Ce3+-doped YAG-based powders have been synthesized with co-precipitation method. XRD spectra show a crystal phase. PL measurement shows that the luminescence spectrum is a broad emission band centered at 550 nm.
