Optical Clearing-based Intravital Imaging for Investigating Alternations of Subcutaneous Vascular and Monocytic Motility Function in Mice Model of Type 1 Diabetes

Abstract

A Footpad skin optical clearing method was developed, and combined with various optical imaging techniques to access alternations of subcutaneous vascular and monocytic motility function with the development of mice type 1 diabetes mellitus.
