High-throughput All-optical Laser-scanning Microscopy and its Applications

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We present all-optical laser-scanning microscopy techniques for ultrahigh-throughput single-cell imaging with multiple image contrasts (e.g. quantitative phase, fluorescence, multiphoton) at an imaging throughput of 10,000’s cells/sec – paving the way toward deep, multi-scale single-cell analysis.
