High-Extinction-Ratio Multi-Wavelength Optical Source Based on an On-Chip Nonlinear Micro-Ring Resonator

Abstract

We present and experimentally demonstrate a stable high-extinction-ratio multi-wavelength optical source with Erbium-dope fiber, which is mainly based on a CMOS-compatible nonlinear micro-ring resonator. Optical spectrum from different output positions are compared and analyzed.
