Single Event Effect Testing and Radiation-hardened Designing for Optical Transceivers

Abstract

SEE susceptibility of the MCU and the key chips of transceivers were studied.The MCU was sensitive to SEE and the performances of received chip was better than transmitted. The measure of radiation-hardened designing was discussed.
