Error Analysis and Compensation Method of Non-diffraction Grating Structured Light System with Adjustable Parameters in 3D Profile Measurement

Abstract

Error analysis and compensation experiments for non-diffraction grating structured light system with adjustable parameters have been carried out. Results show increasing the angle θ0 or decreasing the distance L0 will both reduce profile’s restoring errors.
