Abstract
A graphene-on-SiNx microring resonator is studied. Propagation loss of 0.06 dB/μm and loss tunability of 0.04 dB/μm in a graphene-SiNx waveguide is ehhanced through a 40-μm-radius microring resonator, offering a high modulation depth of ~30 dB.
