Abstract

In this paper we demonstrate a novel 8-channel 10GHz-spaced UDWDM-PON system with highest downstream data rate of 10Gb/s per user over 42.5km SSMF transmission employing carrierless amplitude and phase(CAP) modulation and direct detection.
