A modified spatial and spectral (S2) imaging system based on electromagnetic disturbance mitigation

Abstract

A modified S2 system, which can effectively mitigate the effect of electromagnetic disturbance, was proposed and demonstrated for the characterization of few-mode-fibers (FMFs). The measurement accuracy of distributed mode coupling was improved by 1.22 dB.
