Abstract

A spectrometer constructed by 8-asymmetric Mach-Zehnder interferometers (AMZIs) based on double-strip Si3N4 waveguide is proposed and experimentally demonstrated with the resolution and measurement range of approximately 0.023 nm and 0.32 nm at around 1550nm, respectively.
