Anti-Glare and Depolarized Nano-Porous Anodic Aluminum Oxide Film

Abstract

Anti-glare and depolarized features of nano-porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) film with controllable porosity are demonstrated with porosity dependent scattering angle of 4° accompanied with increased TM/TE polarization ratio of 0.47 obtained under TE incidence.
