Innovative materials and processing approaches for nanostructured photonic systems

Abstract

We demonstrate innovative simple and scalable fabrication approaches to realize large area nanostructured Photonic systems. We show in particular novel all-dielectric Distributed Bragg Reflectors and the template dewetting of a thin silver layer to realize ordered metallic nanostructures.
