Abstract

We integrated a resonant graphene membrane with the conventional fiber sensing system and experimentally demonstrated a fiber magnetic sensor based on the Lorentz force. The sensor has a very compact device size of 14.9 μm and a sensitivity of 110 kHz/T. This unique device configuration may pave the way for other applications of graphene nanoelectromechanical systems.
