A Full Monitoring Scheme for Long-reach TWDM PONs

Abstract

We propose a simple system that realizes for the first time full monitoring functionality for long-reach PON. Theoretical analysis and experimental validation demonstrate the proposed scheme is capable of providing accurate fault localization.
