Silica Integrated Optics As A Platform For Quantum Information Processing

Abstract

Silica provides a low-loss platform for integrated optics. With demonstrations including teleportation and Boson sampling it is important for developing Quantum Information Processing. We report the design, fabrication, testing and realization of complex waveguide circuits.
