Optical diffraction tomography for simultaneous 3D visualization and tracking of optically trapped particles

Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate 3-D tracking of optically trapped particles using optical diffraction tomography, which can perform 3-D position tracking and visualizing refractive index (RI) distribution of samples at the same time.
