Advanced Phase-Shifted Fiber Gratings and Their Applications to Comb Filter and Fiber Sensors

Abstract

Recent developments on phase-shifted fiber Bragg gratings and phase-shifted long-period fiber gratings have been reviewed. Based on these two kinds of gratings, a comb filter and several fiber sensors have been proposed and experimentally demonstrated.
