OSNR Monitoring Based on Low-cost Coherent Scanning Receiver and Reference Spectrum Technique

Abstract

An OSNR monitoring method based on low-cost coherent scanning receiver and reference spectrum technique is proposed. Experimental results show that high OSNR estimation accuracy can be achieved for 400Gbps/100Gbps hybrid transmission.
