Abstract

UVA-induced autofluorescence spectroscopy of human lens predicts the ultrasound dose in cataract phacoemulsification by estimation of cataract opacity. UVA-induced autofluorescence spectra of limb zone correlate to hypoxic alterations induced by contact lenses wearing.
