Abstract
According to the in vitro study of porcine skin by fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (FLIM), the FLIM key parameters such as lifetime t1, t2 and average tm have changed with the stored time. Compared to the fresh skin sample, the lifetime has apparently decreased after the 12-day storage time.
