A Novel Angle-of-Arrival Based Position Estimation Scheme Using Visible Light in Indoor Positioning Systems

Abstract

We propose a novel angle-of-arrival (AOA) based indoor positioning scheme using visible light. Simulation results show the mean of AOA estimation error is ~0.49 degrees and the mean positioning error is ~2.34 cm.
