Abstract

We realized an adaptive orthogonal-frequency-division-multiplexing (OFDM) visible-light-communication (VLC) system using high-order quadrature-amplitude-modulation (QAM) based on field-programmable-gate-array (FPGA). This system can adaptively control the OFDM data rate for different channel environments.
