Mitochondrial recovery in mesenchymal stem cells after laser stimulation

Abstract

Damaged mitochondria in stem cells have great repair ability when stimulated by femtosecond laser. Mitochondrial membrane potential, reactive oxygen species and mitochondrial permeability transition pores are involved in this process.
