Phase Regeneration of PDM Signals using Phase Sensitive Amplification

Abstract

Phase regeneration for PDM signals using the PSA is proposed and analyzed. By choosing orthogonal dual pumps with different wavelengths, the phase regeneration for an 80Gb/s PDM RZ-PSK signals can be achieved successfully.
