Nonlinear Compensation beyond Conventional Perturbation Based Algorithms

Abstract

Perturbation based nonlinear compensations are important implementable low complexity algorithms. Several further efforts including reducing the complexity, increasing the accuracy, extending to 16QAM modulation format and new benefits of nonlinear compensation are reviewed in this paper.
