Recent development and perspectives of multimaterial optoelectronic fibres

Abstract

Multimaterial optoelectronic fibres have recently emerged as a novel class of fibre devices. In this talk I will review the fabrication strategies and recent developments of optoelectronic fibres, and give some perspectives for new directions in this field.
