Microfiber Coupler Based Biosensor for Immunoglobulin G Antigen Detection

Abstract

We demonstrated a label-free biosensor based on a tapered optical microfiber coupler. By immobilizing immunoglobulin G antibody on the surface, the microfiber coupler could detect the matched immunoglobulin G antigen with high sensitivity and selectivity.
