Theoretical Study on Quasi-OSSB Modulation for Long Distance Transmission Application

Abstract

Quasi optical single sideband (Q-OSSB) modulation is theoretically investigated for the first time. Q-OSSB modulation by using strong optical injection-locked semiconductor lasers is also analyzed based on our theory and amplifier model.
