A Low-complexity Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation Algorithm for OBRing

Abstract

A dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm with low complexity to utilize the bandwidth resource effectively in optical burst ring is proposed. Simulation results show the algorithm could achieve high bandwidth utilization on the sub-wavelength granularity.
