Phase Shifter Design based on Guided-Mode Resonance in High-Contrast Grating

Abstract

We focus on the analysis of the guided-mode resonance effects, especially the high-Q mode, in high index-contrast gratings. By utilizing this mode, we propose and design a new kind of phase shifter.
