This tutorial will cover a telecom backbone network’s adaptability to survive disasters. Topics include: disaster preparedness (risk-aware provisioning); content connectivity (vs. network connectivity); service survivability; etc. by exploiting dynamic re-provisioning, multipath routing, and data replication.
