Abstract

Na2SiO3 has been used as a particular additive during single crystalline silicon chemical etching process. Compared with conventional method, the way to the lower reflective pyramidal textures with good uniformity and features has been approached, which will definitely minimize the reflection loss and potentially benefit to the power conversion efficiencies of solar cell devices.
