High Uniformity of Remote Phosphor Structure by ZrO2 Nano-particles for White LEDs

Abstract

High luminous efficiency and superior uniformity of angular-dependent correlated color temperature white light-emitting diodes have been investigated by ZrO2 nano-particales in remote phosphor structure due to the higher capability of light scattering.
