Designing a Thin Film Blackbody Based on Plasmonic Anisotropic Metamaterials

Abstract

Based on a sawtooth-shaped plasmonic anisotropic metamaterial which comprises of alternating layers made of tungsten and titanium dioxide, we obtain a thin film blackbody working at the wavelength range from 200 nm to 4 μm.
