Abstract

This paper describes a self-priming compartmentalization (SPC) microfluidic digital loop-mediated amplification (dLAMP) chip for performing single molecule detection, which is power-free, valve-free, isothermal, inexpensive, sensitive, economizing labor time and reagent.
