Deep-subwavelength Integrated Optoelectronics

Abstract

To mitigate the ever worsening bandwidth crisis of current data communication architectures, here we present nanoscale integrated optoelectronics devices including multiplexed nanolasers and high speed graphene optical modulators for future photonic integrations with high density.
