Abstract

We demonstrate a frequency swept laser using a simple wavelength selection filter for fiber bragg grating sensor. The proposed laser consisting of a semiconductor optical amplifier based ring laser with a wavelength selection filter. Wavelength selection filter includes a diffraction grating, a reflective mirror, and a simple rotating slit.
