Response characteristics of annealed Pd film on hetero-core optical fiber structure

Abstract

We produced Pd nano-particles by annealing Pd film sputtered on hetero-core structured optical fibers, and discussed response characteristics of annealed and non-annealed sensor. Pd nano-particles improved time responses for 4% hydrogen.
