Abstract

Radiation induced attenuation spectra of high water peak pure-silica-core polarization maintaining photonic crystal fiber (PM-PCF) was measured. Hypotheses involving OH- and IR absorption defect were given to interpret the nonideal RIA characteristics of PM-PCF.
